Operating Procedures
1. Enter the tracking number.
2. Select [AWB#] from the menu and click SEARCH. The search results will be displayed.
Searches using information other than tracking numbers:
Either enter your customer number in the box and select [REF#] or
Enter your cargo tracking account number and select [ACCOUNT#]
and click the SEARCH button.
Note: If using a Japanese keyboard, please use half-size characters.
